• Two night minimum requested
• Deposit due of first night lodging + tax
• Cancellation-7 days prior to arrival
• $25 administration fee for any cancellation
• 4 PM Check in
• Noon Check out
• No Pets Permitted 

When deciding on your vacation rental home please keep in mind the Jo Daviess County ordinance occupancy limits:

• 2 Bedrooms: Limit 6 people
• 3 Bedrooms: Limit 8 people
